This bar has all the goddness of the original marzipan bar, but add nougat to the equation and you get this out of this world chocolate bar!
Ingredients: sugar, almonds, cocoa mass, apricot kernels, roasted hazelnuts, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, milk fat, soy lecithin, whole milk powder, invertase (humectant), sorbic acid (preservative), vanilla. Contains: almonds, milk, soy.
Our Christmas blend is made with black tea, blackberry leaves, heather flowers, cinnamon, apple, and sliced almonds and a hint of citrus aroma.
Glögg is a Scandinavian classic Christmas drink similar to mulled wine or the German Gluhwein. This is a concentrate with no alcohol. Add wine and port according to the recipe on the bottle.
Make your own glögg by adding equal parts wine and port. We use 1 bottle of Pinot Noir and one bottle of Tawny port. Recipe on the bag. The spices are good for 2 bottles of wine and 2 bottles of port just let it sit for 24 hours.
Ingredients: raisins & almonds (separate bag) cinnamon, sevilla orange peel, cardamom, cloves.
Rice for making porridge or rice pudding. Rice cooked in milk with cinnamon stick makes a delicious breakfast.
Our mix comes with 1 cinnamon stick and 1 blanched almond. It is a tradition where we come from to put a blanched almond in the christmas porridge and whom ever gets the almond is said to be the next to get married!
Leftover porridge can be mixed with whipped cream and chopped orange to make "Ris a la Malta", a popular dessert at our house for Christmas.
