Mackerel Fillets in Tomato Sauce by Sunnmöre of Norway.
I have to admit, these Norwegian mackerel fillets are the best we've ever tried. They are not as watery or over powered with tomato sauce. The little bit of oil in there makes them richer and more flavorful.
Ingredients: fillet of mackerel (68%), tomato paste, water, vegetable oil (raps and soys), salt, sugar, antioxidants: E330.
No refrigeration needed before opening.

Swedish Priest Cheese aged 24 months.
Made by Allerums Mejeri, Sweden.
This is the substitute for Västerbottenost. We were very upset when FDA decided that Västerbottenost could not be sold on the US market because of the salt (!!!) content.
This hard cheese has been aged to perfection and we promise you won't be disappointed! It's not as dry as Västerbottenost and is equally good in cooking as it is on a sandwich.
The close up shows the "salt crystals" typical for an aged cheese.
